We are looking for an AI/Python Developer who can help design and build practical AI solutions that solve real business problems.

You will work directly on AI transformation initiatives involving ERP systems, healthcare applications, document intelligence, automation platforms, analytics, and enterprise knowledge systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python APIs and backend services
• Integrate OpenAI and other LLM platforms
• Build AI assistants, copilots, and enterprise knowledge systems
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions
• Work with vector databases and semantic search platforms
• Develop workflow automation and intelligent document processing systems
• Collaborate with business analysts and product teams to solve real-world business challenges
• Participate in architecture and solution design discussions

Required Skills

• Python
• REST API development
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
• Ability to independently research and learn new technologies

• Describe an AI, automation, or software project you have worked on. What problem were you solving?
• Explain the difference between keyword search and semantic search in simple terms.
• Have you worked with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, embeddings, or RAG systems? If yes, describe your experience.
• Given a collection of 10,000 PDFs, how would you build an AI assistant that can answer questions from those documents? (High-level answer expected.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
