Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, .NET Core, and modern frontend technologies (Angular or ReactJS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, backend APIs, cloud-integrated solutions, and responsive web applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions while leveraging modern cloud services, asynchronous programming, API integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/8+)
• Experience in developing scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Angular or ReactJS, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrent application development
• Experience with WebSockets and/or SignalR for real-time communication
• Knowledge of Authentication & Authorization frameworks including JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, and ABAC
• Experience implementing secure API development and access control best practices
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including:

i) Azure Functions

ii) Azure Durable Functions o Azure Service Bus

iii) Azure API Management

iv) Application Insights

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong database knowledge with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB
• Experience integrating and managing third-party APIs
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, auditing, and application performance optimization
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, GPT based solutions, or similar technologies
• Experience with document generation, processing, and conversion workflows (PDF, DOCX)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional Agile teams

• Experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
• Experience designing scalable and secure cloud solutions
• Knowledge of AI-powered application development and intelligent automation solutions

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
