MIT is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and AI-powered SaaS products CRM. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, cloud technologies, databases, and modern software architecture.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

  • Lead software architecture and system design.
  • Review code and maintain coding standards.
  • Mentor junior developers.

  • Ensure application scalability, security, and performance.

Frontend Development

  • Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
  • Build modern dashboards and user interfaces.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers.

Backend Development

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Build business logic and workflow automation.
  • Implement authentication and authorization systems.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and AI services.

Database Management

  • Design and manage PostgreSQL databases.
  • Optimize database performance.
  • Create secure and scalable data structures.

AI Integration

  • Integrate AI services such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude.
  • Implement chatbot and AI automation features.
  • Build AI-powered analytics and reporting modules.

DevOps & Deployment

  • Manage cloud deployments.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines.
