About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support the Operations team by maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, verify, and update operational data accurately.
Maintain records, databases, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Validate data and resolve discrepancies.
Update inventory and dispatch records.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
Process-oriented with strong record management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
