Full job description

Zephyr Express is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator with good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily data entry and updating records accurately.
  • Maintain and manage data in Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Prepare and update daily reports.
  • Handle shipment/customer-related data and documentation.
  • Perform data checking, sorting, filtering and basic calculations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Filters & Sorting.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Freshers can apply if they have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Experience: 0–2 Years

Shift Options:

  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
