Position: Assistant Technician – Elevator Installation
Department: Installation
Industry: Elevators / Vertical Transportation

Job Summary:
We are looking for ITI Mechanical freshers to join our Elevator Installation Department as Assistant Technicians.
The candidate will work under the supervision of Senior Technicians/Installation Engineers and assist in the installation, assembly, alignment and erection of elevator systems at customer/project sites across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians in elevator installation and erection activities.
- Assist in installation of elevator components such as:
- Guide rails
- Brackets and supports
- Landing doors
- Car and counterweight components
- Machine and related mechanical components
- Cabin/interior mechanical assemblies
- Perform basic mechanical fitting, drilling, fastening, alignment and assembly work.
- Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments as instructed.
- Assist in material handling and shifting of elevator components at the site.
- Follow installation drawings, instructions and work procedures provided by the supervisor.
- Maintain proper alignment and positioning of mechanical components.
- Assist with installation activities inside the elevator shaft and machine-room areas as applicable.
- Maintain tools, equipment and installation materials properly.
- Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements and company safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions, installation issues or material shortages to the Senior Technician/Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the work site.
- Complete assigned installation activities within the planned schedule.
- Be willing to travel and work at different project/customer locations across Delhi NCR.
Eligibility
- ITI in Mechanical Trade is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year experience in mechanical/elevator installation will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting work.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at construction/project sites.
- Willing to work at heights and in elevator shaft areas, subject to required safety procedures and training.
- Must be willing to travel/work across Delhi NCR.
- Good discipline, punctuality and willingness to learn.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical fitting knowledge.
- Knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of measurements and alignment.
- Teamwork and coordination.
- Safety-conscious approach.
- Willingness to work in a field/site environment.
