Customer Support Executive – 70% Chat & 30% Voice

One-Time Meal: Provided

Transport: Doorstep cab facility / Travel allowance available

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹29,000 In-Hand per month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Location: Sector 20, Gurgaon

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Interview: Walk-in Interview

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries professionally through chat and calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication.
  • Record and update customer interactions correctly.
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
  • Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong written English and typing skills.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with both Chat and Voice support.
