Data Entry Operator – Pharmacy Department
MGM Eye Institute is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Pharmacy Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain pharmacy-related data accurately in the software/system.
- Record medicine receipts, issues, stock entries and other pharmacy transactions.
- Maintain and update inventory and stock records.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports related to pharmacy data and stock.
- Verify data and ensure accuracy of entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Coordinate with the Pharmacy team and other departments as required.
- Perform other data entry and administrative tasks assigned by the department.
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Tally/Software/MS Excel and MS Office preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, pharmacy, hospital or healthcare sector will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Good computer and typing skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Software
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain records and handle data confidentially
