  • Document Scanning: Digitalize physical case sheets, discharge summaries, consent forms, and laboratory reports using optical scanners.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify entered data against physical source documents to resolve discrepancies, typos, or missing clinician signatures.
  • Record Tracking & Retrieval: Log the movement of physical patient files and retrieve medical records requested by doctors, legal authorities, or insurance companies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
