About the Job:

FinGrad (by Trade Brains) is looking for a creative and passionate 2D animator (Motion graphics) to become a core part of our visual content engine. You will be responsible for conceptualising and producing frame-by-frame and keyframe-based animations that bring financial education to life in ways that are fun, clear, and memorable. Whether it's an animated explainer on mutual funds or a visual sequence for a live webinar, your work will directly shape how hundreds of thousands of learners experience finance for the first time. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment alongside content strategists, educators, and designers- contributing to every stage of the animation pipeline from storyboarding and illustration to final render and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce original 2D animations, character movements, and scene compositions for educational videos, course modules, and promotional content.
2. Create visually engaging sequences that break down intricate financial concepts- from equity markets and derivatives to budgeting and wealth creation—into digestible animated stories.
3. Design animated infographics, motion charts, and data visualizations to support instructors and educators in communicating market insights.
4. Develop assets and animated elements for YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, webinar presentations, and campaign materials.
5. Maintain visual coherence across all animations by adhering to FinGrad's brand identity, color system, and typographic standards.
6. Apply core animation principles- timing, easing, anticipation, and follow-through- to ensure fluid, professional, and intentional movement in every deliverable.
7. Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to integrate animated elements seamlessly into final video productions.
8. Research and experiment with new animation styles, AI-assisted tools, and digital techniques to keep FinGrad's content fresh and ahead of trends.

Requirements/Qualification

1. 6 months - 1 year of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video content creation.

2. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

3. Degree or diploma in design, fine arts, media, animation, or a related field.

4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

5. Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7. Immediate availability (within 1–2 weeks preferred).

8. Willingness to work from the office (HSR Layout Sector 3, Bengaluru).

9. Proficiency in Hindi.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
