Job Description: Junior 3D Artist

At Brandola, we specialize in offline marketing execution across 500+ retail stores nationally, delivering stunning branding solutions from standees and signage to customized fixtures. We serve top brands with speed, scale, and precision.

Role Overview

As a Junior 3D Artist, you'll be at the forefront of our creative and production team, translating ideas into high-quality 3D models and renders that drive customer engagement and internal clarity. Your work will influence everything from pre-sales pitches to production blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

● Create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for retail branding elements (FSUs, shelves, racks, standees, signage, etc.)

● Lead conceptualization and visualization for client presentations and internal prototyping

● Convert 2D drawings and rough sketches into dimensionally accurate and production-ready key line drawings

● Collaborate with production, sales, and design teams to ensure feasibility of designs

● Maintain a repository of reusable 3D assets for faster turnaround

● Stay up to date with design trends, retail formats, and materials

Requirement

● Experience in 3D visualization, preferably in retail marketing, POSM.

● Expert in Blender, 3ds Max, Adobe Suite

● Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and real-world scaling

● A portfolio that showcases detail, creativity, and commercial relevance

● Degree/Diploma in Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
