3D Exterior Artist
Location: Remote

About the Company:
Fute Services is a creative visualization studio specializing in architectural 3D design, rendering, and animation. We collaborate with leading architects, developers, and designers to bring their visions to life through high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D exterior models of architectural projects.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, CAD plans, and reference images to develop accurate 3D geometry.
  • Apply materials, lighting, and textures to achieve realistic visuals.
  • Collaborate with the design and visualization team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Optimize models for rendering and ensure efficient workflow across software platforms.
  • Participate in project reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.

Required Skills & Software Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.
  • Understanding of architectural design, proportions, and detailing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
