We are looking for a dynamic Factory Supervisor to join our team and drive our production and service teams to new heights.
As a Factory Supervisor you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our production and service teams. Your role will involve daily job allocation, gathering and compiling feedback, and reporting directly to the Regional Head. This position demands excellent organizational skills, a sound knowledge of computers, and proficiency in the latest software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction and coordination with the production and service teams.
  • Allocate jobs to team members and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Compile and analyse feedback from the production and service teams.
  • Report regularly to the Regional Head on team performance and operational issues.
  • Utilize computer systems and software for efficient workflow management and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in the latest software applications relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of light engineering processes and standards is preferred.

Salary : Negotiable
