Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced International BDE to drive client acquisition for Finance & Accounting outsourcing services across the US, UK, Australia, Europe, and GCC markets. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, generate international leads, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert international leads through multiple channels
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, calls, proposals, negotiation, and closure
• Sell services including Bookkeeping, Accounting, Payroll, AR/AP, MIS Reporting, and Virtual CFO
• Achieve monthly client acquisition targets
• Manage CRM pipeline, reporting, and forecasting
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and delivery
• Mentor and manage BD team members

Preferred Profile

• 4–7 years of B2B sales/business development experience
• Minimum 3 years in Finance/Accounting outsourcing or consulting firms
• Experience handling international clients (US/UK/Australia/GCC/Europe)
• Strong lead generation and client conversion skills
• Basic understanding of accounting services
• CRM experience and excellent English communication skills
• Flexible to work across international time zones

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
