Job Role

We are looking for Academic Counsellors to engage with international (ROW) parents, understand their child's learning needs, recommend suitable programs, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
• Understand student learning needs and recommend appropriate courses.
• Convert leads into enrollments through consultative sales.
• Handle objections and communicate program value effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome to apply.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability.

Work Details

• Location: Remote (Work From Home)
• Working Days: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory; one weekday off)
• Shift Window: 5:00 AM IST – 3:00 AM IST (assigned as per business requirement)
• Equipment: Personal laptop and stable high-speed internet connection required.
