Job Responsibilities:

1. Control, Lead and Monitor all accounting, taxation and banking operations for the company

2. Establish a clear and well defined system of monthly, quarterly and yearly closure of books of accounts for all divisions

3. Preparing the monthly financial statements , the calendar year financials (IFRS) and the financial year statements as per IndAS

4. Have in depth knowledge of IndAS and IFRS also. Ensure that all accounting standards applicable to the company have been complied with

5. Good knowledge of SAP processes, monthly closing and annual closing procedures in SAP

6. Ensure finalization of books of accounts and ensuring audited financial statements are released as per the deadlines set by management for Group audits and financial year end audits

7. Control ,Monitor and Lead the supervision of Accounts Receivables and Payables and ensure strict control over the same

8. Establish and control the fixed assets management –acquisition, accounting , monitoring ,tracking and physical verification of the fixed assets

9. Establish a robust system of tax compliances and ensuring that all tax compliances are done on time and in full, is accurate. Monitor that there are no revenue leakages. Knowledge of international transfer pricing (atleast the basics is a MUST)

10. Ensure all assessments are handled diligently.

11. Suggest ways and means for better tax planning

12. Suggest and lead automation projects in finance to bring in better controls, accuracy and productivity of the team

13. Establish reporting standards and embark on the journey of accounting excellence

14. Work closely with the internal control team to establish Standard Operating Procedures, review them periodically, tighten controls and ensure risks are properly and fully mitigated across the organization

15. Prepare the accounting manual for the organisation.

16. Lead the banking operation ,ensure necessary compliances with the laws, FEMA, etc.

17. Work closely with the Finance Controller to raise term loans, working capital loans for the various projects in time

18. Establish and monitor the daily cash flows and assist the Finance Controller in income maximization

19. Should be able to lead a Team , have good leadership qualities.

20. Should be able to assist the Finance Controller in Change management and Strategic finance.

21. Have a vision of the roadmap for the accounting and taxation team meaning lead the team to adopt global best practices and make it a world class function

22. Liasion with internal and external auditors , bankers

23. Should be process oriented

24.Ability to work with the team, have good communication skills both oral and written

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per month
