Senior Executive – Accounts

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Mangalore Regional Office

Reporting To: Accounts Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting Finance & Accounts activities, including reconciliation, price verification, DOA follow-up, Accounts Payable, claims, general accounting, and branch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheme reconciliation and price verification and resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow up and close DOA cases and claims with brands, distributors, and branches.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and general accounting activities.
  • Coordinate with brands, distributors, branches, and Head Office on financial matters.
  • Prepare MIS, reconciliations, reports, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure process compliance and timely issue resolution.
  • Perform other Finance & Accounts duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Com or equivalent; higher qualification in Finance/Commerce is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Experience in reconciliation, AP, claims, pricing, and distributor/brand coordination preferred.
  • Retail or multi-location business experience is an advantage.
