ExtraLearn – A Freelance Educational Marketplace by SiteSign, is seeking highly qualified and passionate Online BITSAT Faculty (Freelance) to provide expert coaching and mentorship to students preparing for the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT). This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity for experienced educators, subject experts, and professionals dedicated to helping BITSAT aspirants achieve high scores through concept-based learning, strategic preparation, and effective problem-solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online BITSAT coaching sessions for students preparing for the BITS Admission Test.
• Teach concepts in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English Proficiency, and Logical Reasoning according to the latest BITSAT syllabus and examination pattern.
• Develop structured lesson plans, study schedules, and preparation strategies based on students’ learning needs and performance levels.
• Explain complex concepts using engaging, analytical, and exam-oriented teaching methods.
• Provide extensive practice through problem-solving sessions, assignments, mock tests, and previous years’ question papers.
• Analyze students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized guidance to improve performance and examination readiness.
• Stay updated with changes in the BITSAT syllabus, examination trends, and effective competitive examination preparation methodologies.
• Create a motivating, disciplined, and student-centered virtual learning environment.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication with students through the ExtraLearn platform.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Biology, English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong expertise in BITSAT syllabus, concepts, and examination patterns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Proven experience in BITSAT coaching, JEE/NEET coaching, competitive examination training, or advanced-level teaching will be a significant advantage.
• Ability to explain complex concepts, numerical problems, and logical reasoning techniques effectively.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards, mock test platforms, and other educational technologies.
• Relevant teaching certifications, academic achievements, or competitive examination expertise will be an added advantage.
