In this role, you will help our clients use our tools. You will also manage daily office tasks. This is a full-time position. It requires a hard-working person who can handle flexible hours. You must be able to solve problems quickly.Job DetailsJob Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (In-Office Position)Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month (Based on your skills)Working Hours: 8 to 13 hours per day (Includes shifts and breaks)Employment Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesHelp Customers: Answer customer questions through phone calls, emails, and live chats.Solve Problems: Listen to customer issues carefully and fix them using our standard guides.Guide Users: Explain how our products work to new clients in simple words.Manage Data: Keep clean and correct records of all customer talks in our computer system.Team Work: Work closely with our tech team to report system bugs and software errors.Daily Reports: Write short daily updates for managers about customer complaints and tasks done.Office Tasks: Assist with basic office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.Eligibility and RequirementsAge Limit: Candidates must be at least 16 years old to apply.Education: Minimum qualification is a 12th-grade pass from a recognized board.Languages: Must speak and write clearly in English and Hindi.
