Role: Digital Analytics & Marketing Performance Specialist

Experience- 4 to 9 years

Location - Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Analytics & Marketing Performance Specialist to support digital analytics, campaign reporting, tracking validation, and insight generation.

The primary analytics platform for this role is Adobe Analytics, with Adobe Launch used for tracking implementation and QA. GA4 will be used mainly for Google marketing campaign reporting and validation.

The role requires a strong understanding of website performance, campaign analytics, data quality, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

1 . Use Adobe Analytics as the primary platform for website performance reporting, user journey analysis, campaign landing page analysis, and conversion tracking.

2. Build, maintain, and enhance Adobe Analytics Workspace reports and dashboards for marketing, product, analytics, and leadership stakeholders.

3. Analyze key digital performance areas including traffic, engagement, CTA interactions, form submissions, product page performance, campaign landing pages, and conversion funnels.

4.Support tracking implementation and validation through Adobe Launch, including page load rules, click events, form events, campaign parameters, variables, and data layer values.

5. Perform analytics QA using tools such as Omnibug, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, and browser developer tools to identify missing events, duplicate tracking, incorrect variables, and data inconsistencies.

6. Use GA4 mainly for Google marketing campaign reporting, including campaign traffic, landing page performance, engagement, events, and conversion validation.

7. Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels such as paid search, paid social, SEO, email, referral, organic, and direct traffic.

8. Evaluate campaign and website performance using relevant metrics such as sessions, users, engagement, bounce rate, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, leads, ROI, and ROAS where data is available.

9. Use SQL to extract, clean, join, and analyze data from analytics platforms, campaign systems, CRM sources, and other reporting datasets where required.

10. Identify trends, anomalies, tracking gaps, data quality issues, performance drops, and optimization opportunities across digital journeys and marketing campaigns.

11. Support A/B testing and personalization analysis by evaluating engagement, CTA clicks, form submissions, conversions, audience behavior, and test outcomes.Translate complex analytics findings into clear business insights, dashboards, summaries, and actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

1. Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.

2. Practical experience with Adobe Launch or similar tag management tools.Working knowledge of GA4, especially for Google campaign reporting.

3. Good understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign KPIs.Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

4. Experience with dashboarding tools such as Adobe Analytics Workspace, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

5. Familiarity with debugging tools such as Omnibug, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, or browser developer tools.

6. Understanding of A/B testing, conversion analysis, and optimization reporting.Strong data quality, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to communicate insights clearly to business and technical stakeholders.Preferred SkillsExperience with Adobe Target or other A/B testing platforms.

8. Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms.Exposure to CRM data, lead management, and campaign attribution.

9. Experience working with Google Ads or other paid media platforms.

10. Experience supporting multi-region or enterprise websites.Understanding of data governance, tagging documentation, and analytics QA processes.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
