Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Designer who shapes experiences. You will be embedded in delivery — working alongside business enterprise leaders, engineers, AI developers, and client teams to design interfaces, identities, and experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and built to work in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an original works creator. Ability to implement original ideas for branding, UX and with a highly evolved aesthetic taste. Knowledge of various styles of design and historical evolution of design, and able to deliver design across multiple styles.
• Deliver end-to-end UX design across client engagements: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using latest tools
• Conduct field research, user interviews, and usability testing before getting a single output. Collaborate with Developers and front-end engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components and design tokens.Design AI-specific interaction patterns: conversational UIs, dashboards, data visualisations, and intelligent assistants.
• Work directly with clients across industries (maritime, FMCG, enterprise, manufacturing, automation) to translate real workflows into design solutions.
• Develop and execute branding identities that hold across digital, physical, and time — from visual language to brand systems. Ability to use illustrator efficiently to draw create works. Ability to draw 3D perspectives in 2D.
• Design for digital, print and packaging is an important part of this role — the same research-grounded rigour that applies to digital touchpoints applies equally to physical ones. Every surface matters.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Contribute to Finiteloop's design thinking, frameworks, and IP that reflect how we approach experience design.
• Good understanding of designing for Digital marketing and social media. Excellent communication design capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience across digital and physical products and brand design.
• Strong portfolio with demonstrable experience working on both physical and digital products — end-to-end UX process, high-quality visual design, branding, print, and packaging work across mediums.
• Solid understanding of branding principles — visual identity, typography, colour systems, and brand guidelines.
• Experience in print and packaging design; understanding of production requirements, print specifications, and material considerations.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Proficiency conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesising qualitative and quantitative data.
• Solid understanding of design systems, atomic design principles, and component libraries.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Excellent communication skills — able to present and defend design decisions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, take ownership of the design process end to end, and drive work forward independently.
• Comfortable in a consulting/studio environment — multi-client, fast-context-switching, outcome-focused. Ability to take stretch goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing conversational AI interfaces, chatbots.
• Familiarity with Design Systems
• Basic front-end development skills (React, Tailwind CSS) to support design handoff.
• Exposure to service design and field research methodologies.
• Experience in industrial or product design — physical objects designed with the same rigour as digital ones.
• Background in Agile or iterative delivery environments; comfortable with short cycles and visible progress.
• Experience working in or alongside GCC or embedded team models.
• Exposure to IOT , OT Systems is a big plus
