We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee and manage agricultural operations, landscaping, and gardening activities across our campus and associated facilities.

Job Summary

The Farm Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all farm-related activities including crop cultivation, irrigation management, landscaping, gardening, plantation care, labor supervision, and maintenance of farm equipment and green spaces. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, agricultural knowledge, and experience in landscape and garden management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day farm operations and agricultural activities.
• Plan and monitor crop schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
• Oversee landscaping, lawn maintenance, plantation, and gardening activities across the campus.
• Supervise farm workers, gardeners, and landscaping staff for efficient operations.
• Maintain farm machinery, gardening tools, irrigation systems, and infrastructure.
• Monitor soil health, pest control, plant care, and crop productivity.
• Develop and maintain aesthetically appealing green spaces and gardens.
• Coordinate procurement of seeds, plants, fertilizers, pesticides, gardening tools, and other farm supplies.
• Implement modern farming, landscaping, and horticulture practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all outdoor and landscaped areas.
• Maintain records of farm production, plantation schedules, inventory, expenses, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports for management review.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in agricultural/landscaping operations management.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, crop management, gardening, and landscape maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
• Basic computer and reporting skills preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in farm management, landscaping, or gardening operations.
