HVAC Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Supervisor to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Lead, train, and monitor HVAC technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Plan manpower, assign daily tasks, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor material usage and ensure the availability of tools and equipment.
• Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and maintenance records.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including:
• Chillers
• AHU (Air Handling Units)
• FCU (Fan Coil Units)
• Package Units
• Split & VRF/VRV Systems
• Ducting and Ventilation Systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and HVAC schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and HVAC industry best practices.
• GCC/Middle East experience is an added advantage.
