Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in New Delhi. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics activities, including shipment coordination, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues, maintain service quality, and support customs and compliance processes. The Operations Executive will monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, supporting escalations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily logistics workflows and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track shipment performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with customers, partners in a clear, professional manner.
• Relevant experience in logistics, courier, freight, or supply chain operations is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office and operational tracking tools; familiarity with customs processes or documentation is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Speaks English fluently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
