Sales Executive – Cross Border Logistics (CBL)
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain
Company: TracX Logis Pvt. Ltd.
(A 100% subsidiary of Singapore-based TracX Logis Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Gurgaon, Immediate Joining
Experience: 2–4 Years
Working days - 5 Days
Salary – 5 to 8 LPA
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of generating new business and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Candidates with an IATA qualification and DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) certification will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in B2B (exporters/importers) and B2C segments
Drive sales for international cargo (Air & Sea freight)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly revenue and GP targets
Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for seamless execution
Maintain regular sales reporting and pipeline management
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in Sales & Marketing around 3 years in freight forwarding.
Should be a dynamic, go-getter with strong customer orientation and good communication skills. Maintain strong relationships with Shippers & Consignees, CHA's Forwarders and NVOCCs.
Analyse market trends to drive business opportunities.
Will be responsible for increasing customer base, achieving targets and fulfilling allocations on the services.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
