G D Goenka School Rohtak is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and empathetic Hostel Warden to oversee the smooth functioning and discipline of our girls' hostel. The ideal candidate should be committed to ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of our hostel residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain discipline and decorum in the hostel.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hostel students.
• Address students' concerns and provide emotional support.
• Maintain records of attendance, visitors, and leave.
• Supervise daily routines, cleanliness, and hostel staff.
• Liaise with parents and institution authorities when needed

Requirements:

• candidate, preferably aged between 30-40 years.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to reside in the hostel premises.
