The Palem Retreat is inviting applications from enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer-focused candidates to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily resort operations and guest services.
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest queries and support their requirements.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with 0–4 years of relevant experience can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a hospitality and resort environment.
