Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and provide technical support for radiology equipment such as X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, CR, Mammography.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues related to radiology systems.
  • Attend customer service calls promptly and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation.
  • Provide basic operational training and guidance to doctors, technicians, and end users.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during service activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and emergency service support
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Experience in servicing Radiology Equipment such as X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, CR, Mammography, or Cath Lab systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
