Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day store and business operations
• Coordinate with sales team and assist in customer handling
• Maintain records of sales, invoices, and stock
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and vendor payments
• Assist in inventory management and stock updates
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for business tracking
• Handle basic billing and documentation work
• Support promotional activities and offers coordination
• Ensure smooth communication between owner and staff
• Monitor task completion and provide regular updates

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 0-3 years experience in operations / admin / retail (freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
• Good communication skills (Tamil required, English preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vellore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Team management: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
