Could you be the full-time Program Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **program management and technical leadership** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **dedicated and innovative** teammates.

We’ll look to you for:
-
Defining and maintaining the development roadmap aligned with solutions and customer needs
-
Managing, controlling, and executing all developments related to the program within QCD commitments

Ensuring on-time delivery and change management execution
-
Coordinating work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and risk mitigation plans
-
Driving program reviews and providing QCD reports to key stakeholders
-
Proposing and implementing improvement action plans for efficiency and competitiveness
-
Leading safety and critical issue resolution, such as cybersecurity or major availability challenges
