Position: Factory Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Factory Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our manufacturing production. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high quality standards, managing inventory, and leading our factory team to meet production targets while upholding safety and sustainability protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring production schedules are met on time and within budget.
• Efficiency Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma) to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Quality Control: Enforce rigorous quality assurance standards to ensure all products meet Svvayam’s specifications.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture within the factory staff.
• Supply Chain & Inventory: Coordinate with procurement and logistics to manage raw material supply and finished goods inventory effectively.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalent) and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing management or factory operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in production management software (ERP/MRP), and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
