Role Overview

The Warehouse Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and warehouse process compliance.

The role demands speed, accuracy, leadership, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities1. Inbound Operations

  • Receive inventory from vendors
  • Verify PO quantities
  • Check product quality
  • Identify damaged inventory
  • Barcode verification
  • GRN completion
  • Coordinate unloading

2. Inventory Management

Responsible for

  • Inventory accuracy
  • Bin management
  • FIFO / FEFO
  • Stock reconciliation
  • Inventory audits
  • Inventory ageing

Target Accuracy
