Brief: As Customer Support Executive, you are the first and most frequent touchpoint a Scrubsy customer will have. You will handle all written customer interactions with speed, warmth and accuracy. You are not just resolving queries; you are shaping how customers feel about the brand every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage written communications across various communication channels
  • Respond to customers interactions with accuracy, warmth, and a consistent brand voice
  • Identify interactions that needs escalation – and flag it
  • Ensure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for order-level queries where needed
  • Monitor and report any unusual spikes in complaints or review patterms

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement

  • 1 to 5 years of customer support
  • Hands -on experience using Customer Support tools
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail oriented

Additional Requirement

  • Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or startup
  • Exposure to quick commerce platforms
  • Experience with various written communication channels
  • AI Adaptability
