Brief: As Customer Support Executive, you are the first and most frequent touchpoint a Scrubsy customer will have. You will handle all written customer interactions with speed, warmth and accuracy. You are not just resolving queries; you are shaping how customers feel about the brand every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage written communications across various communication channels
- Respond to customers interactions with accuracy, warmth, and a consistent brand voice
- Identify interactions that needs escalation – and flag it
- Ensure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for order-level queries where needed
- Monitor and report any unusual spikes in complaints or review patterms
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirement
- 1 to 5 years of customer support
- Hands -on experience using Customer Support tools
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail oriented
Additional Requirement
- Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or startup
- Exposure to quick commerce platforms
- Experience with various written communication channels
- AI Adaptability
