Excellent Engineering Enterprises is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), committed to delivering quality safety products across India. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other online marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings.
• Handle product cataloguing, pricing, and inventory management.
• Process and monitor online orders to ensure timely dispatch.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor product performance, sales, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase online revenue.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain seller account health.
• Resolve customer queries, returns, and claims efficiently.

Required Skills

• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Product listing and catalogue management experience.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
