Job Description – Clinical Associate / Junior Consultant

Department: ICU – Critical Care Medicine
Designation: Clinical Associate / Junior Consultant
Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: [Mumbai / Navi Mumbai]

Qualification:

• MD / DNB / IDCCM / MD Medicine / DrNB / Anaesthesia
• ICU Certification with relevant ICU experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intensive care and critical monitoring.
• Assist in the management of emergency and acute medical conditions.
• Perform and assist with ICU procedures as per clinical requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow ICU protocols, infection-control practices, and hospital guidelines.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical patient conditions to the concerned consultant.

Salary: ₹1.2 – ₹2.5 Lakhs per month

Candidate Profile:
A dedicated and clinically competent doctor with ICU experience, strong patient-management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a critical-care environment.

Registration:
Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) Registration is compulsory.
MMC application slip is also accepted.

Shift:
Rotational shifts as per hospital requirements.
All hospitals generally follow 8-hour working hours and 6 days working. Exact duty timings will be discussed during the HR round.
