Your Role

  • Manage end-to-end service delivery for a team of ~45 members.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
  • Handle escalations, governance, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
  • Drive process adherence, continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Lead service reporting (MSR/RAG), performance metrics, and team alignment.

Your Profile

  • Service Delivery Management and Application Support/AMS leadership.
  • SLA, KPI, Incident, Problem, and Risk Management.
  • Stakeholder Management, Governance, and Escalation Handling.
  • Reporting expertise (MSR, RAG Dashboards, Service Metrics).
  • Continuous Improvement, Automation, Team Management, and Operational Excellence
