Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days/Week)

Walk-In Timings: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Daily

About the Project & Mindware

Mindware is building wrati, an upcoming world-class, international dating app expanding across multiple countries, alongside our broader portfolio of scalable, SaaS-based applications, including Job Portals and Marriage Portals. We are forming a lean, elite core team at our Dwarka office consisting of 2 High-IQ Product Engineers who can execute rapidly from scratch.

Core Job Responsibilities & Technical Expectations:

• End-to-End Development: Architect, build, and deploy the official website, web app, and core mobile app features from the ground up.
• Proficiency Without AI Tools: You must possess high-level, independent coding proficiency. We are testing your raw IQ and core engineering logic—you must be able to write optimized, secure, and clean code without relying on AI generation tools.
• Real-time & Scalability Architecture: Complete mastery over Socket.IO (or alternative high-performance real-time communication protocols) to build real-time chat, video, and matching systems tailored for high-concurrency dating, marriage, and SaaS application frameworks.

Experience & Salary Compensation Structure:

• Experienced Professionals (Minimum 3+ Years Experience):
• Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month.
• The 50% Constraint Rule: To de-risk the initial build phase, you will start at a baseline tier (half of your targeted market package) for the first 3 months.
• Mandatory Verification: You must provide hard proof of your last drawn salaries and verifiable professional testimonials/experience letters.
• Day 91 Appraisal: On completion of 3 months, based strictly on your deliverables and code architecture, an immediate appraisal will be processed to move you to your full permanent package.
• Freshers / Entry-Level:
• If you are exceptionally good with high logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, you will be considered as an Entry-Level Intern or Trainee.
• Stipend / Salary: Will depend entirely on your performance in the technical interview during your walk-in.

Strict Company Policies (Read Carefully Before Applying):

• Mandatory NDA: Selected candidates will be strictly required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing work to protect company intellectual property.
• Location Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Dwarka, New Delhi.
• No Work From Home (WFH): This is a 100% strict, in-office position at our Dwarka office. Do not apply if you are looking for remote or hybrid work.
• No Phone Calls Please: We follow a strict no-call policy for recruitment queries. Direct walk-ins during the designated hours are mandatory.
• No Work, No Pay: We maintain absolute accountability. Payouts are directly tied to attendance, active daily deliverables, and milestones achieved.
• Accommodation: Paid, company-arranged accommodation is available on a deductible basis for exceptional outstation candidates moving to Delhi.

Technical Expertise Required (Core Tech Stack):

Depending on your specialization, you must possess strong hands-on experience in:

• Mobile & Frontend: Flutter, Next.js, TypeScript, Socket.IO, WebRTC.
• Backend, AI & Cloud: Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL (PostGIS), Python FastAPI, PyTorch, Redis, AWS Infrastructure.
