Full job description

Depot & Warehouse Operations

Oversee depot operations on a daily basis through activities such as receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch; maintain safety and cleanliness standards along with adhering to SOPs.

Logistics

Co-ordinate with Manufacturing, Production team, Procurement, Transporters, and Vendors for smooth material Inflow-Outflow, inventory availability, and effective logistics.

Inventory Management

Check stock Regularly, Monitor Inventory records, report any stock differences, and

Maintain appropriate levels of inventory control and documentation.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure proper creation of dispatch documents, statutory compliances, MIS reporting and assistance in internal/external audits.

Improvement & Co-ordination

Evaluate operational performance, make improvements wherever needed, sort out operational problems, and coordinate with various functions for improved service and operations.

Administrative Management

Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facility management. Maintain office records and handle correspondence. Manage petty cash and employee attendance, and support overall administrative activities to keep the office running efficiently.

Required Skills

· Understanding of depot, warehouse, inventory and logistics

· Experience in ERP/Tally and MS Excel.

· Excellent analytical, communication, co-ordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Awareness of GST documentation and e-way bills.

· Ability to work under Timelineframe.
