Security Operations

• Ensure round-the-clock security of the plant, offices, warehouses, and residential premises (if applicable).
• Supervise and monitor all security guards and security agencies.
• Conduct regular security inspections and patrols.
• Prevent theft, pilferage, trespassing, and unauthorized activities.
• Investigate security incidents and submit detailed reports.

Access Control

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Ensure proper gate pass procedures for inward and outward movement of materials.
• Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor vehicle checking and material movement.

Safety & Emergency Response

• Coordinate during fire, medical emergencies, accidents, and natural disasters.
• Assist in implementing emergency evacuation procedures.
• Ensure fire-fighting equipment is available and functional.
• Conduct mock drills in coordination with the Safety Department.

Surveillance & Monitoring

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security alarms.
• Report any suspicious activities immediately.
• Ensure proper functioning of security equipment.

Team Management

• Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
• Train and discipline security guards.
• Evaluate security staff performance.
• Ensure proper turnout and discipline among security personnel.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain security registers, gate records, incident reports, and visitor logs.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies.
• Liaise with local police, fire department, and government authorities whenever required.

Asset Protection

• Protect company assets, machinery, raw materials, finished goods, and confidential information.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities to prevent material loss.
• Conduct surprise checks and audits.

Administration

• Recommend improvements in security systems and procedures.
• Monitor housekeeping around security posts.
• Assist HR in employee discipline matters whenever required.

Pay: ₹19,408.38 - ₹58,333.98 per month
