Indigo Infraprojects Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly disciplined, organized, and proactive Senior Site Administrator to lead and manage our site administration operations. Based out of our Dwarka office, the successful candidate will oversee, mentor, and coordinate a team of multiple Site Administrators deployed across various active project locations.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless administrative operations, strict security protocols, optimal resource management, and cohesive communication across all sites by leveraging proven military leadership and administrative expertise.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Site Administrators across multiple project locations.
  • Conduct regular reviews, performance assessments, and coordinate daily reporting from individual site admins.
  • Foster a culture of high discipline, accountability, and operational efficiency within the administrative team.

2. Multi-Site Administrative Oversight

  • Establish and standardize administrative protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines across all project sites.
  • Conduct routine and surprise site visits to audit administrative functioning, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Resolve escalated administrative issues, labor disputes, or logistical bottlenecks efficiently.

3. Security, Safety, & Asset Management

  • Oversee the implementation of stringent security protocols to protect company assets, materials, and personnel at all sites.
  • Supervise the deployment and management of site security agencies/guards.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, monitoring the movement of materials in and out of sites to eliminate waste and pilferage.

4. Vendor & Liaison Management

  • Coordinate with local authorities, government bodies, and law enforcement agencies when required to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Manage relationships with external administrative vendors (e.g., catering, transport, camp management, facilities).

5. Labor & Welfare Administration

  • Ensure proper management of labor camps, including sanitation, drinking water, messing, and medical facilities.
  • Oversee time-office management, ensuring accurate attendance tracking for payroll and compliance purposes.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Background: Must be Army Retired Personnel (Indian Army / Armed Forces). Ranks such as JCOs (Subedar/Subedar Major) or Commissioned Officers with administrative/logistical experience are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of corporate or construction site administration experience post-retirement is preferred, though exceptional direct military administrative experience will be highly valued.
  • Skills:
  • Exemplary leadership, command, and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, and reporting tools) for cross-site coordination.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently between the Dwarka headquarters and various project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
