Job Title: Artist Manager / Sales

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Artist Marketing Manager to manage and develop the careers of artists, performers, and talent associated with our company. The role involves strategic planning, brand building, scheduling, client coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of all artist-related projects and appearances. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for nurturing creative talent.

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and commitments for assigned artists/talents.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the artist, clients, and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts, event bookings, brand endorsements, and appearance deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to build the artist’s brand image and visibility.
• Source and evaluate opportunities for performances, collaborations, and media appearances.
• Oversee travel logistics, hospitality, and event coordination for artist appearances.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, payments, and invoicing related to artist projects.
• Track performance metrics, feedback, and post-event deliverables for continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and brand integrity at all times.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
