Talent Square is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in artists management. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Artist Manager to join our team and oversee the management and development of our roster of live artists.

Job Overview:

Artist Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our live artists, including booking performances, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics. This role requires a blend of industry knowledge, organizational skills, and a passion for live music.

Key Responsibilities:

Artist Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, handling their day-to-day needs and ensuring their professional development.

Booking and Scheduling: Secure performance opportunities, book shows, and manage artist schedules to maximize their visibility and success.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with venues, promoters, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms for our artists.

Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of live performances, including logistics, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination.

Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance the artists' presence and fan engagement.

Budget Management: Manage budgets related to artist activities, including performance fees, travel expenses, and other financial aspects.

Industry Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including venue managers, booking agents, and other key stakeholders.

Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate artist performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in artist management, live event coordination, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the music industry, including booking processes, contract negotiation, and event management.

Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong negotiation skills, and effective communication.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Music Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Networking: Established network within the music and entertainment industry is a plus.

Flexibility: Ability to work irregular hours and travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
