Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role based in Hyderabad - Y Junction Lakeshore, Kukkatpally

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a store environment.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and handle diverse customer needs professionally.
• Solid Product Knowledge capabilities, including the ability to learn and explain features, materials, and use-cases across multiple product lines.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic digital tools; strong attention to detail in billing, inventory, and store presentation.
• Manage stock levels, assist in inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
• Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Support store operations, including housekeeping, replenishment, and display management.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand values at all times

Requirements

• Graduate / 12th pass with proven retail sales experience (5 years ).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Good understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
