Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth front office operations, maintaining a professional workplace environment, coordinating administrative activities, and delivering an excellent experience for employees, visitors, consultants, and business partners. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Corporate Office reception and ensure a warm, professional visitor experience.
  • Welcome and assist senior management, consultants, guests, vendors, and business associates.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support leadership meetings.
  • Oversee office administration, housekeeping, pantry, security, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and monitor service quality.
  • Support travel arrangements, corporate events, and office logistics.
  • Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and administrative procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and service quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Administration, Management, or Hospital Administration is preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Front Office, Administration, Corporate Services, Hospitality, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience in handling Corporate Office front office operations is highly preferred.

  • Fluency in English and Tamil. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
