2. Ensure that resident writes prescription in block letters-report daily if not done.

3. All Doctor's notes must have Date

4. List of consultant registration numbers to be kept in file in each ward.

5. All requisitions must be dated / timed and signed.

6. Ensure that –

· Care plan

· Pain Score (if relevant)

is clearly written in each case file with expected outcome.

· Report immediately if not done

7. OT notes / Anaesthesia notes to be checked and immediately report if incomplete.

8. Referral notes & consultant's notes for referral-on the referral sheet ONLY.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.30 - ₹30,000.11 per month
