About the Role

Bansal Academy (Chandigarh Center) is hiring CSIR-NET qualified faculty for offline classroom teaching. We are looking for passionate educators who can teach conceptually and help students prepare for competitive exams with strong subject clarity and exam-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • CSIR-NET/JRF (and related exams) ke liye offline classroom teaching
  • Topic-wise lectures, concept building + problem solving sessions
  • Notes/assignments/question bank & test support
  • Doubt sessions + student mentoring
  • Class discipline, time management, and regular syllabus tracking
  • Periodic tests & performance improvement planning

Eligibility / Requirements

  • CSIR-NET Qualified (mandatory) in relevant subject
  • Strong subject knowledge & teaching skills
  • Good communication (Hindi/English mix acceptable)
  • Classroom handling & student engagement ability
  • Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong command can also apply)
