Associate Professor

Essential Qualifications & Experience (As per AICTE/UGC Norms):

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class at Bachelor's or Master's level.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
• Demonstrated research contributions through quality publications, patents, or funded projects.
• Experience in curriculum development, academic administration, and student mentoring preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and mentor students.
• Lead research initiatives and publish in reputed journals.
• Guide undergraduate and postgraduate projects.
• Support accreditation, curriculum enhancement, and institutional development.
• Mentor junior faculty members.

Assistant Professor

Essential Qualifications & Experience (as per AICTE/UGC norms):

• Master's Degree in the relevant discipline with First Class.
• Ph.D. preferred as per AICTE/UGC guidelines.
• Prior teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools.
• Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.
• Contribute to research, publications, and institutional development.
