Job Title: Property Manager

Job Summary:

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operations of assigned residential or commercial properties. The role ensures smooth functioning of all facility services, vendor management, client coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards under Captain Clean’s facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations & Maintenance:

  • Manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and landscaping.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with technical teams.
  • Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works are running efficiently.

Vendor & Staff Management

  • Supervise and monitor housekeeping, security, and technical staff deployed at the property.
  • Manage vendor contracts, performance, and service-level compliance.
  • Ensure manpower availability and timely replacement in case of absenteeism.

Client & Resident Relations:

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients, residents, and tenants regarding property or facility issues.
  • Address and resolve complaints promptly while maintaining professional communication.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely response and service quality.

Administrative & Financial Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain property-related MIS, reports, and records.
  • Monitor expenses, budgets, and approve vendor/service invoices as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with accounts and HR for billing, staff attendance, and payroll-related matters.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure all statutory compliances, licenses, and safety measures are in place.
  • Conduct routine fire and safety audits and maintain proper documentation.
  • Implement sustainability and energy-saving initiatives wherever possible.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, building systems, and property management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple properties or clients simultaneously.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of vendor management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
