Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Network Support Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN technologies, routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
  • Configure and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi environments.
  • Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
  • Perform network health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution.
  • Monitor network availability, bandwidth utilization, and system performance.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure adherence to network security policies and best practices.
  • Support server, cloud, and infrastructure teams for network-related requirements.
