Full job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure all materials, components, and finished products meet defined quality standards. The role involves inspections across production stages, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final (PDI) inspections
- Verify material certifications and ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitor production quality and identify defects early
- Execute testing as per ATP and maintain accurate records
- Manage non-conformance (NG cases) and drive corrective actions
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and traceability
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and vendors for quality assurance
- Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in QA/QC (manufacturing preferred)
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
- Strong knowledge of drawings, inspection tools, and quality processes
- Familiarity with ATP, PDI, and documentation practices
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
