Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audio Engineer who can independently manage the end-to-end audio production process for digital content, podcasts, video productions, advertisements, and branded media projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in audio recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and sound enhancement. The role involves handling studio recordings, coordinating with voice artists and production teams, ensuring broadcast-quality audio output, and delivering polished final audio assets across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and creative aspects of modern audio production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Audio Production & Engineering

• Record high-quality audio for podcasts, videos, interviews, voice-overs, and digital content
• Ensure proper microphone setup, signal flow, and recording quality
• Manage studio recording sessions and maintain professional audio standards
• Troubleshoot audio issues during recording and post-production

Audio Editing & Enhancement

• Edit raw audio recordings for clarity, pacing, and engagement
• Remove background noise, hums, distortions, and unwanted artifacts
• Apply EQ, compression, de-essing, normalization, and other processing techniques
• Ensure consistent audio quality across all content pieces

Mixing & Mastering

• Mix multiple audio tracks including voice, music, and sound effects
• Balance audio levels for optimal listening experience
• Master final audio outputs according to platform requirements
• Deliver broadcast-ready and platform-optimized audio files

Studio & Production Coordination

• Coordinate with presenters, voice artists, clients, and production teams
• Support studio setup and equipment maintenance
• Assist during video shoots requiring live audio capture
• Ensure smooth execution of recording sessions

Sound Design & Creative Audio

• Add background music, sound effects, and ambient audio where required
• Create engaging audio experiences that enhance storytelling
• Maintain audio consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Collaborate with video editors and content teams during post-production

Client Coordination

• Understand project requirements and audio specifications
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently
• Maintain clear communication throughout the production cycle
• Ensure timely delivery of final audio assets

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years experience in audio engineering or sound production
• Experience in podcasts, YouTube content, advertising, or digital media preferred
• Strong understanding of audio post-production workflows
• Ability to independently manage projects from recording to final delivery
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
