Fydaa (फ़ायद़ा) is a mass-market financial planning platform for Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities across India. Role: Mutual Fund Distributor — Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced, client-facing MFD professional to join Fydaa as a full-time Relationship Manager. You will manage and grow a client book, drive new SIP enrolments through seminars and referrals, and serve as the primary financial planning touchpoint for clients in your assigned territory. This is a high-ownership role with clear income upside tied directly to the AUM you build and maintain — the more your book grows, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your assigned client book — target 20–30% AUM growth per quarter through new SIPs and top-ups
  • Conduct one-on-one financial planning meetings using Fydaa's standardized process, risk profiling tools, and goal-planning templates
  • Attend and present at Fydaa's weekly Saturday investor education seminars as the primary client-facing representative
  • Convert seminar attendees and WhatsApp-channel leads into onboarded clients — from first meeting to completed KYC and first SIP
  • Drive referral-based acquisition from existing clients through Fydaa's structured referral process
  • Conduct annual portfolio reviews for every client in your book — ensuring goal alignment and timely SIP step-ups
  • Maintain client records, risk profiles, and communication logs on Fydaa's CRM as per compliance requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Active AMFI ARN holder with a minimum existing AUM of ₹1 Crore — this is a firm requirement, not a preference
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practising MFD or in mutual fund distribution
  • Strong existing client relationships in Meerut or the surrounding Tier 1/2/3 market
  • Proven track record of independently acquiring clients — not solely through employer-provided leads
  • Comfortable presenting in a seminar format and conducting individual financial planning conversations
  • Basic digital literacy: smartphone, WhatsApp, and a simple CRM for client records
  • Hindi-medium communication strongly preferred — most Fydaa clients are most comfortable in Hindi

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
