- Coordinate with planners and shop floor teams regarding machine loading, production priorities, raw material readiness, and scheduling constraints.
- Support new part introduction from quotation stage through production release.
- Review part drawings and determine suitable machining strategy, machine selection, work holding, and operation sequence.
- Work on cost estimation, cycle time review, and manufacturing feasibility during RFQ stage.
- Support fixture planning and review fixture requirements for new parts.
- Communicate with USA-based teams regarding project status, engineering changes, production updates, and open issues.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support issue resolution for machining, documentation, scheduling, and process-related problems.
- Drive continuous improvement activities related to productivity, cycle time, rework reduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain organized documentation, project files, ECO records, and manufacturing data in Vault and source folders.
